Montari — Terms of Service

Effective date: July 23, 2026

Montari is provided by Montari s. r. o. ("we"), a company incorporated in the Slovak Republic. These terms are a supplement to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your download and use of Montari from the App Store. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA prevails.

1 · The service

Montari generates study material (decks, chapters, questions, images) from topics you enter, using AI systems and public web sources. AI-generated content can contain errors. Montari is for personal learning; it is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important facts independently.

2 · Your account

You need an account (Sign in with Apple) to save decks and progress. Keep your login method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

3 · Your content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the topics you enter and the decks you create. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you, keep it secure, and operate and improve it. Because decks are written by AI from the topic you enter, we may cache and reuse generated study material — for example, to serve an identical topic faster or more cheaply. This never gives anyone access to your account, your edits, or your personal data.

You agree not to use Montari to create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights. We use automated safeguards, and we may refuse to generate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. You can report problematic content (including images) directly in the app; reports are reviewed and acted on.

4 · Third-party content

Deck images may come from public web sources for personal study use. If you believe content in Montari infringes your rights, contact support@montari.ai (DMCA-style notice welcome) and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

5 · Subscriptions and purchases

Montari may offer paid subscriptions and one-time purchases (e.g. extra deck packs) through Apple's in-app purchase system. If you choose to buy, prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are billed and refunded by Apple under Apple's terms; your monthly deck allowance resets with each billing period and unused monthly decks do not carry over, while separately purchased deck packs do not expire.

6 · Disclaimer and liability

Montari is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

7 · Termination

You can stop using Montari and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
